EP Consult ("we") takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data is collected when you use the Tacle Royal 3D application, why, and what your rights are.

2. Data we collect
2.1 Anonymous identifier (Firebase Authentication)
On your first use of the app, a unique anonymous identifier is generated automatically so you can access game features (leaderboards in particular). This identifier is not linked to any information that could directly identify you (no name, email, or phone number required).
2.2 Leaderboard data (Firestore)
If you take part in a competitive mode (e.g. Duel), we record: your chosen nickname, your score, your highest combo, the wave reached, the character used, the match duration, and the timestamp. This data is used solely to display the game's leaderboards.
2.3 Advertising identifier (AdMob)
Our app displays ads via Google AdMob, which may use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, AD_ID on Android) to display ads and measure their performance. On iOS, this use is subject to your explicit authorization via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. On all platforms, a consent form (CMP, GDPR-compliant) is shown to you before any data is collected for personalized advertising purposes.
2.4 Purchase data (RevenueCat, App Store, Google Play)
If you make an in-app purchase (e.g. Pass Royal), the transaction is processed directly by Apple or Google — we never receive or store your banking or card information. We use RevenueCat to verify and synchronize your purchase status (e.g. to confirm you've purchased the Pass Royal); RevenueCat only receives anonymized transaction data for this purpose.
2.5 Data we do not collect
We do not collect your real name, email address, phone number, or precise location. No user account with a password is required to play.

4. Sharing data with third parties
We share certain data with the following providers, strictly within the scope of the purposes described above:
- Google (Firebase, AdMob, Google Play) — hosting of game data, ad serving, processing of Android purchases
- Apple (App Store, StoreKit) — processing of iOS purchases
- RevenueCat — validation and synchronization of in-app purchases across platforms
These providers may process data outside the European Union (notably in the United States), under safeguards recognized by European regulation (standard contractual clauses or equivalent).
We never sell your data to third parties.
5. Data retention
Leaderboard and progression data is kept for as long as you use the application. You can request its deletion at any time (see our dedicated page).
6. Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights regarding your data:
- Right of access: obtain a copy of your data
- Right to rectification: correct inaccurate data
- Right to erasure: request deletion of your data
- Right to object: object to certain processing (notably advertising, via your device settings)
- Right to portability: receive your data in a structured format

7. Intended audience
Tacle Royal 3D is not specifically directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with data without parental or guardian consent, please contact us so we can address it.
8. This showcase website (tacleroyal.com)
The tacleroyal.com website (separate from the app) does not set any audience-measurement cookies or advertising pixels. One font resource is loaded from Google Fonts' servers, which transmits your IP address to Google when the page displays, without any cookie being set by us. The site also uses your browser's local storage to remember your language preference (French/English); this stays on your device and is never sent to our servers. If you use the contact form, the information you enter (name, email, message) is sent to us via our host (Netlify) solely to respond to your request.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated. Any significant change will be notified to you via the app or this website.
