These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the Tacle Royal 3D application (the "Application"), published by EP Consult ("we", "the Publisher"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you accept these Terms without reservation.
1. Purpose
Tacle Royal 3D is a mobile arcade / beat'em up football video game, available on iOS and Android. It offers solo and competitive game modes, fictional playable characters, as well as optional in-app purchases.
2. Access to the Application
The Application is available for free download. Certain features (ads, in-app purchases) generate revenue that supports its ongoing development. No account creation with a password is required to play.
The Application is not specifically designed for or directed at children under 13.
3. In-app purchases
3.1 Nature of purchases
The Application offers optional in-app purchases, notably the "Pass Royal", a single, permanent (non-recurring) purchase granting access to cosmetic and quality-of-life benefits (removal of certain ads, coin bonus, exclusive appearance), with no direct competitive gameplay advantage.
3.2 Payment processing
All payments are processed exclusively by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), depending on your platform. We never have access to any banking or card information.
3.3 Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google, according to each platform's own conditions and procedures. The Publisher cannot process refunds directly.
3.4 No real monetary value
Benefits, virtual coins, or cosmetic items obtained in the Application have no real monetary value, are neither exchangeable nor transferable for real money, and only exist within the Application.
3.5 Restoring purchases
If you change device or reinstall the Application, you can restore your previous purchases (e.g. Pass Royal) via the "Restore Purchases" feature available in the Application, provided you are signed in with the same App Store or Google Play account used for the original purchase.
4. Advertising
The Application displays ads provided by Google AdMob, including rewarded ads (optional, in exchange for an in-game bonus) and interstitial ads. Purchasing the Pass Royal reduces the display of certain ads.
5. Intellectual property
All elements of the Application (characters, graphics, code, music, sound effects, interface) are the exclusive property of EP Consult or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any intellectual property rights over the Application.
All characters, teams, and competitions depicted in Tacle Royal 3D are fictional. Any resemblance to real people, teams, or competitions would be purely coincidental.
6. User conduct
By using the Application, you agree to:
- Not attempt to bypass, hack, or exploit technical flaws in the Application, notably to fraudulently obtain in-game benefits
- Not use an offensive, abusive nickname or one that infringes on third-party rights in public leaderboards
- Not use the Application for illegal purposes
The Publisher reserves the right to suspend access to certain features (notably leaderboards) in the event these rules are not respected.
7. Service availability
The Publisher strives to ensure continuous access to the Application but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Certain online features (leaderboards, synchronization) require an active internet connection.
8. Changes to the Application and these Terms
The Publisher reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue all or part of the Application at any time. These Terms may also be modified; any substantial change will be notified to you.
9. Limitation of liability
The Application is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Publisher shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Application.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions applicable in your country of residence.
